Two prenatal visits. We cover questions about pregnancy, labor, birth, hospital protocol, homebirth, breastfeeding, and early parenting. We may discuss your options around the labor. I believe in the value of exploring relaxation techniques and philosophies and the emotional journey a family experiences during this profound time.

On call 24 / 7 nearing and after your due date. Available for brief email and phone questions. Provide on call back up of an experienced Doula if an emergency arises and I cannot make it.

Provide physical and emotional support throughout labor. Help with focusing on breathing, massage, guided relaxation techniques, and early newborn care support. Also available as a resource to explore options around decisions families have in and out of the hospital.

Offer of photos taken during labor and Birth. No editing.

Two postpartum visits after the birth to debrief and help with newborn care and a feeding plan.
