Postpartum Doula 

Postpartum is a time of the great unknown.  We are not only recovering from having our babies, but now we are in this new world of parenting them.  Meanwhile, our physical, mental, emotional, and social lives are shapeshifting...one day at a time.  It is incredibly rewarding to support and nourish families during this time.  I know, first hand, the adjustment is real.  It takes a village.  You don't have to do it alone.
